I have over 20 years of combined experience as a therapist, educator, and coach. As a professor, I enjoyed inspiring curiosity in students about human drives and motivation. I have counseled and coached hundreds worldwide in over 13 countries with challenges like depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and brain injury. As a leading expert in neurodiversity, I have helped countless teenagers, parents, adults, and couples to understand brain differences in language, emotions, sensory processing, and behavior.
Someone once told me, “I can’t imagine the number of people you’re going to help because of your own experiences.” Today that is my exact mission – to reach and guide you through your own journey of discovery and healing.
My podcast, “YOUR Neurodiverse Relationship,” features couples, partners, and professionals and has been downloaded by thousands in over 42 countries. For me, neurodiversity is personal. My expertise is rooted in my own relationships with domestic partners including a 19-year marriage, my children, family members, and close friendships. I am also a survivor of narcissistic abuse and spent years recovering from trauma and codependency.

What I Stand For…
I believe that what truly matters is how your individual differences shape and influence each of you. By understanding and embracing your differences, you can foster a deeper understanding of yourselves and each other.
